Welcome to GudVibe. By accessing or using our website, purchasing our products, or interacting with our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

1. Eligibility & Acceptance

By using this website, you confirm that:

  • You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract
  • All information provided by you is accurate and complete

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time for any reason.

2. General Conditions

  • We reserve the right to limit, suspend, or terminate access to our services without liability

3. Product Usage & Safety

GudVibe products are intended strictly for aromatic and ambient use only.

By purchasing, you agree:

  • Never leave burning incense unattended
  • Keep away from children, pets, and flammable materials
  • Use only on heat-resistant surfaces or proper holders
  • Use in a well-ventilated area
  • Do not ingest or misuse the product

GudVibe shall not be liable for:

  • Any injury, burns, fire, or damage caused due to negligence or misuse
  • Allergic reactions or sensitivities
  • Improper handling, storage, or usage

Use of the product is at your own risk.

4. Pricing, Payments & Fraud Prevention

  • All prices are listed in INR (₹)
  • Prices may change without notice
  • Orders will only be processed after successful payment confirmation

We reserve the right to:

  • Cancel or refuse orders suspected of fraud or abuse
  • Restrict high-risk or bulk transactions
  • Cancel COD orders based on internal risk checks

GudVibe is not responsible for payment failures due to third-party gateways.

5. Orders, Cancellation & Acceptance

Placing an order does not guarantee acceptance.

We reserve the right to:

  • Cancel orders due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspicious activity
  • Limit quantities per customer or household
  • Cancel repeat return-abuse or high-risk accounts

If cancelled after payment, refunds will be processed as per policy.

6. Shipping & Delivery

  • Estimated delivery timelines are indicative, not guaranteed
  • Delays may occur due to courier, weather, or operational issues

GudVibe shall not be liable for:

  • Delivery delays beyond our control
  • Loss or damage after handover to courier partner
  • Incorrect address provided by customer

Any re-shipping due to wrong address may incur additional charges.

7. Returns, Replacements & Refunds

Due to the consumable nature of our products:

  • Opened or used products are not eligible for return

Returns are only accepted if:

  • Product is damaged, defective, or incorrect

Conditions:

  • Must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
  • Unboxing video is mandatory proof
  • Product must be unused and in original packaging

GudVibe reserves the right to:

  • Reject claims that do not meet criteria
  • Offer replacement, store credit, or refund at sole discretion

No refunds will be issued for:

  • Change of mind
  • Fragrance preference dissatisfaction
  • Minor packaging variations

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

GudVibe shall not be liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Loss of profits, business, or data
  • Product misuse, negligence, or improper use
  • Allergic or sensitivity reactions

Maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product.

9. No Warranty Disclaimer

All products are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including:

  • Merchantability
  • Fitness for a particular purpose
  • Non-infringement

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

10. No Medical or Therapeutic Claims

GudVibe products are intended for fragrance and lifestyle purposes only.

They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition.

Any mention of mood, relaxation, or calmness is based on general user experience and not medical advice.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including:

  • Logos
  • Branding
  • Images
  • Product names

are the property of GudVibe and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

Use of this website is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

By using our services, you consent to data collection and usage as outlined therein.

We may use third-party providers (payment gateways, logistics, etc.).

GudVibe is not responsible for:

  • Delivery delays or payment errors

15. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.

All disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Gorakhpur, Uttar Pradesh.
